No. A door that won't move usually means a broken spring or cable under high tension. Forcing it can damage the panels and opener, or cause injury. Leave it and call us — most of these are same-day fixes.
We quote the job before any work begins, so you always approve the price first. Gold members have the service-call fee removed, and Platinum members have unlimited call fees waived.
